Butterscotch Cookie Bars

Today I made Butterscotch Cookie Bars!

3 1/2oz butter, 3T sugar, 2oz cornmeal, 3oz flour, 4 1/2oz butter, 3oz brown sugar, 2T honey, 14oz sweetened condensed milk

Preheat oven to 350 F. To make the crust, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add cornmeal and flour. Knead briefly on lightly floured surface. Press crust into greased rectangular pan, any size. Bake 15-25 minutes or until very lightly browned. Cook butter, brown sugar and honey in saucepan over medium heat stirring constantly until boiling. Simmer 7 minutes. Add milk. Mix well. Pour over baked crust. Bake 15-25 minutes longer, or until set. Cool completely. Cut into bars.
