Today I made Peanut Butter Granola Bars!
1/2C peanut butter, 4C quick oats, 1 3/4C brown sugar, 3/4C butter, 1 egg, 2C chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 350F. Melt butter. Add brown sugar. Blend well. Remove from heat. Cool 10 minutes. Beat in egg. Stir in peanut butter. Add oats. Blend well. Cool another 10 minutes. Stir in chocolate chips. Press into greased baking pan.B ake 30 minutes or until lightly browned.
Today I made Strawberry Pudding!
I omitted the brown sugar and water, and halved the strawberries.
Today I made Cherry Buttercake!
1C butter, 2C sugar, 4 eggs, 1 1/4C milk, 1/2t salt, 2 1/4C flour, 1/2t baking soda, 1t vanilla extract, coarsely chopped fresh cherries, heavy cream
Preheat oven to 350F.
Melt the butter. Stir in milk. Add vanilla. In bowl, beat eggs and sugar. Add milk mixture. In separate bowl, sift dry ingredients. Stir into wet ingredients until just blended. Pour into 8″ round cake pans that have been dusted with flour. Bake 50 minutes or until well browned. Whip well-chilled cream until stiff. Top cake with desired quantity of cream and cherries in desired formation.

10.5 oz mini marshmallows, 1/2C peanut butter, 1C chocolate chips or 1 1/4C chocolate chunks, 1/2C butter, 2-4C corn flakes, 1C peanuts
Melt first 4 ingredients together over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat when smooth. Stir in peanuts. Add corn flakes pursuant to desired crunchiness. If you want fudgier bars, add 2C; if you want more cookie-like bars, add 4C. Press into greased 9″X13″ dish. Chill one hour before serving. Cut into bars.
