Whole Wheat Bread Pudding

Today I made Whole Wheat Bread Pudding!

4 slices of whole wheat bread, torn into 1/2″ pieces, 2C lukewarm milk, 2 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2C sugar, 1/2t cinnamon

Preheat oven to 325F.

Press bread into greased baking dish. Set aside. Mix sugar and milk. Stir in cinnamon. Stir in slightly beaten eggs. Mix well. Pour into prepared baking dish. Bake 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Decorate with raisins if desired.
