Today I made Banana Cake!
3/4C butter, 1 1/2C sugar, 3 eggs, 1C mashed, ripe banana, 2 scant C flour, 1/2t baking powder, 3/4t baking soda, 1/2t salt, 1t almond extract, 1/4C yogurt
Preheat oven to 350F. Cream butter with sugar. Stir in eggs and yogurt. Add banana. Stir in extract. Blend well. In separate bowl, sift together dry ingredients. Add to wet. Blend well. Turn into greased 9″X13″ pan. Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
