Peanut Butter Pie

Today I made Peanut Butter Pie!

This recipe is from the 1993 Summer recipe booklet, “Appalachian Mountain Country Cookin’.”

I made 1 1/2 times the recipe.

1C corn syrup, 1C sugar, 1/2t vanilla, 3 eggs, slightly beaten, 1/2C creamy peanut butter, unbaked pie shell

Preheat oven to 400F. Blend filling ingredients. Pour into shell. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350F. Bake 30-35 minutes more. Center should still shimmy slightly.
