Today I made Citrus Rum Banana Cheesecake!
8 oz fat-free cream cheese, 2 eggs, 1C brown sugar, 3T citrus rum, 3T cornstarch, 2 ripe medium bananas, mashed
Preheat oven to 350F.
Cream brown sugar and cream cheese.
Mix in eggs.
Mix in banana.
Mix in cornstarch.
Mix in rum. Blend well.
Turn into greased 10″ round cake pan.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool before cutting.
