Today we made Chocolate Marshmallow Cake!
10T butter, 10T white sugar, 3 eggs, 1C powdered sugar, 1 1/8C flour, 1/3C cocoa, 6 oz marshmallows
Preheat oven to 325F. Cream buttter and white sugar.
Sift together dry ingredients. Add to wet.
Turn half of batter into greased 9″ round cake pan.
Place marshmallows on top.
Spread remaining batter evenly on top of marshmallows.
Bake 45-50 minutes or until cake starts to pull away from sides of pan. Cool before cutting.
