Today we made Strawberry Cheese Ice Milk!
16 oz fresh strawberries, hulled, 3 oz strawberry cream cheese, 1C skim milk, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
Puree strawberries in blender for 5 seconds.
Push puree through fine-mesh sieve to remove seeds.
Mix with strawberry cream cheese. Stir in milks. Blend well.
Freeze until of desired consistency.
