Today I made Fat Free Cherry Liqueur Ice Milk!
14 oz fat-free sweetened condensed milk, 2C skim milk, 4C halved, fresh cherries soaked in Maraschino liqueur overnight in a shallow, plastic-wrapped bowl
Stir together milks. Blend well. Drain cherries well. Add to milks. Freeze 4 hours or until of desired solidity.
Today I made Strawberry Sherbet!
1C skim milk, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk,
30 oz fresh strawberries, 1/4C Maraschino liqueur
Push strawberries through sieve. Save liquid. Use pulp for another recipe. Mix liquid with sweetened condensed milk. Stir in skim milk. Stir in liqueur. Blend well. Freeze overnight or until firm.
Today I made Maraschino Liqueur Brownies!
5oz unsweetened chocolate, 12T butter, 2C sugar, 6T Maraschino liqueur, 4 eggs, 1C flour
Preheat oven to 325F.
Melt chocolate and butter together. Place sugar in a bowl. Stir in chocolate mixture. Add eggs. Beat until velvety. Add flour alternately with liqueur. Blend well. Turn into greased 8″X13″ baking dish. Bake until crust forms on top and knife inserted in center emerges with a few crumbs, 45-50 minutes.
