Today we made Peanut Butter Gelato!
1/2C peanut butter, 2C skim milk, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 4T cornstarch
Mix cornstarch and milks.
Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until bubbling and the consistency of pudding. Stir in peanut butter.
Blend well. Cool. Freeze.
Today we made Mocha Gelato!
12 oz chocolate chips, 4T instant coffee granules, 1C sugar, 1T hot water, 3C skim milk
Dissolve coffee granules in hot water in medium saucepan.
Add sugar, cornstarch and milk to coffee.
Cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thickened and the consistency of pudding.
Add chocolate chips. Stir until smooth.
Today we made Honey Gelato!
4T cornstarch, 3 1/2C whole milk, 3/4C honey
Bring cornstarch, 3C milk and honey to boil.
When bubbling, add remaining milk and cook until the consistency of pudding.
Run through sieve.
Freeze. Serve with chocolate syrup.
