Today I made Mango Pineapple Sherbet!
1 mango, peeled and chopped in 1/4″ pieces, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 2C pineapple juice, 1/2C citrus vodka
Soak mango pieces in citrus vodka in a glass casserole dish covered with plastic wrap for 2 or more hours.
Mix drained mango with remaining ingredients.
Today I made Strawberry Sherbet!
1C skim milk, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk,
30 oz fresh strawberries, 1/4C Maraschino liqueur
Push strawberries through sieve. Save liquid. Use pulp for another recipe. Mix liquid with sweetened condensed milk. Stir in skim milk. Stir in liqueur. Blend well. Freeze overnight or until firm.
Today I made Citrus Sherbet!
3C orange juice, 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 1/4C fresh lemon juice, 3T Triple Sec
Stir in milk. Blend well.
Stir in Triple Sec.
Blend well. Pour into greased souffle dish. Freeze 6 or more hours.
