Today we made Pear Peanut Butter Cookie Bars!

2 1/2C flour, 2t baking powder, 1/2t salt, 1/2c creamy peanut butter, 1C chocolate chips, 1/4C honey, 2 large pears, peeled, cored and chopped into 1/2″ pieces, 1T cinnamon, 1/2C plain nonfat yogurt

Preheat oven to 350F. Sift flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon. In separate bowl, beat yogurt, honey and eggs.

In separate bowl, beat peanut butter and brown sugar.

Add egg mixture to it.

Make a well in the dry ingredients. Stir in wet until almost blended.

Spread evenly into greased 9″X13″ pan.

Multi-Flavor Candy Bars

Today we made Multi-Flavor Candy Bars!

Crust: 2/3C brown sugar, 1C butter, 2 1/2C flour

Filling: 14 oz sweetened condensed milk, 1C creamy peanut butter, 2C chocolate chips, 1 egg, 3C mini marshmallows

Preheat oven to 325. Blend together crust ingredients.

Bake 20 minutes or until light golden on the edges. Increase oven temperature to 350F. Mix sweetened condensed milk, peanut butter and egg. Blend well.

4 1/2C flour, 2T baking soda, 1t salt, 1 1/2C brown sugar, 1 1/2C sugar, 5 large eggs, 1T almond extract, 3C chocolate chips, 1C creamy peanut butter

Preheat oven to 350F.

Sift together dry ingredients. In separate bowl, cream peanut butter and sugars until smooth.

Peanut Butter Nut Pie

Today we made Peanut Butter Nut Pie!

1 graham cracker pie shell, 3/4C light corn syrup, 1/2C creamy peanut butter, 3 eggs, 2/3C brown sugar, 1/2C chopped almonds, 3/4C peanuts, 1t vanilla

Preheat oven to 325F. Mix together corn syrup, peanut butter and eggs until smooth.

Today we made Peanut Butter Marshmallow Pudding!

scant 1/4C cornstarch, 1/3C creamy peanut butter, 1/4C sugar, 1C skim milk, 1 heaping C mini marshmallows

Stir together cornstarch, milk and sugar.

Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened, 5-7 minutes. Stir in marshmallows to melt. Blend well.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Today we made Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies!

1/4C flour, 1/3C unsweetened cocoa powder, 1/2t salt, 1/4t baking powder, 12 oz chocolate chips, 1/3C creamy peanut butter, 1/2C sugar, 1t vanilla extract, 2 eggs

Sift together dry ingredients. In large saucepan, melt ONLY 6 ounces (1C) of the chocolate chips, and peanut butter. Stir until smooth.

Stir in sugar. Cool 20 minutes.

Today I made Apple Peanut Butter Cake!

2C flour, 2C sugar, 1C creamy peanut butter, 1/4C butter, 1/2C milk, 2 eggs, 1t vanilla extract, 1t baking soda, 1t baking powder, 3 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled

Preheat oven to 325F. Sift together dry ingredients except sugar. In separate bowl, cream butter, peanut butter and sugar together.

Top with crescent-shaped apple slices, one layer deep, of the remaining apples.

Place a baking sheet under cake pan while baking, in case of batter overflow. Bake 1 hour or until well browned and knife inserted in center of cake emerges clean.

Today I made Peanut Butter Waffles!

1 3/4C flour, 1/3C brown sugar, 1 3/4t baking powder, 1/2t salt, 1/3C peanut butter, 4 eggs, 2C skim milk, 1T butter, melted

Sift together dry ingredients, including brown sugar.

Today I made Peanut Butter Chocolate Cheesecake!

1/3C peanut butter, 3 eggs, 1t vanilla, 1/4t salt, 3T flour, 12 oz chips, 16 oz fat free cream cheese

Preheat oven to 350F.

Beat cream cheese and peanut butter.
